David B. Bobrosky is a personal injury lawyer, representing individuals with serious injuries caused by the negligence of others.

- International theme parks that fail to follow basic safety procedures
- International trucking companies that hire unqualified drivers or utilize dangerous vehicles
- Irresponsible owners who do not control dangerous dogs or other pets
- Major businesses that fail to maintain safe premises for customers
- Metrolink, Amtrak, and other railroad or commuter carrier companies whose negligence cause serious accident injury claims
Los Angeles Magazine added David to its list of Rising Stars from 2009-2012 and has given him the honor of Super Lawyer each consecutive year since 2013.
David has been part of the firm since 1998, and became a Shareholder of the firm in 2007. David is a bar member in good standing and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
David earned a B.S. degree in Finance from California State University, Northridge in 1995, where he was elected to the Golden Key National Honor Society, as well as the Beta Gamma Sigma National Business Honor Fraternity. In 2015, he received a Volunteer Service Award from CSUN.
David graduated Cum Laude from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1998. While in law school, David was named to the Dean’s Honor List and furthered his education by earning a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine’s nationally recognized Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.
