How to Get to Our Law Office in Encino, CA

Our office is in the Union Bank Building, at the intersection of Ventura Blvd and Petit Ave. We are one block from the Los Encinos State Historic Park, three blocks east of Encino Park and the Encino Community Center, and three miles north of the Skirball Cultural Center.

The Van Nuys Courthouse East, about four and a half miles northeast of our office, houses a branch of the Superior Court of California. The First Street U.S. Courthouse and Edward R. Roybal Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse are located in Downtown Los Angeles, about 19 miles southeast of our building.

Driving Directions

  • From the North: Take I-405 south to exit 63B, US-101 N/Ventura. Merge onto US-101, and take exit 20, Hayvenhurst Ave. Turn left onto Hayvenhurst Ave, then turn right onto Ventura Blvd. Continue to our office on the right.
  • From the South: Go north on I-405 and take exit 63A, Ventura Blvd. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left onto Sepulveda Blvd. Turn left onto Ventura Blvd, and follow the road to our office on the right.
  • From the East: Take US-101 N toward Ventura. Take exit 20 and turn left onto Hayvenhurst Ave. Turn right onto Ventura Blvd, and our office will be on the right, near the intersection with Petit Ave.
  • From the West: Head toward Los Angeles on US-101 S and take exit 21, Balboa Blvd/Encino. Turn right onto Balboa Blvd, then turn left onto Ventura Blvd. Our office will be on the left.

Parking

You have two options for parking at our office. On-street metered parking spaces are located on Ventura Blvd, in front of our building. Alternatively, you can park in our building’s parking garage, which you can enter from Petit Ave, between Ventura Blvd and Moorpark St. The attendant can direct you to the visitor parking spaces.

Public Transport Directions

If you plan to use public transportation to reach our office, Metro has three bus routes with stops within walking distance. Route 240 runs along Ventura Blvd and stops at Pettit Ave, just steps away from our office. Routes 235 and 236 run along Balboa Blvd and stop at the intersection with Ventura Blvd, about two blocks from us.
